Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 01jili online gaming platform, accessible at https://01jili.app ("the Platform," "01jili," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 01jili Platform, you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 01jili Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the 01jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. 01jili strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 01jili or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 01jili Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

01jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full features of the 01jili Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 01jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 01jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 01jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: 01jili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 01jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 01jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 01jili aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the Platform's banking section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 01jili reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the 01jili Platform:

• Game Integrity: All games available on the 01jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the RNG or live game mechanics, and 01jili does not manipulate game outcomes.

Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the depositing payment method.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 01jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported to 01jili immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 01jili staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 01jili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 01jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 01jili.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the 01jili name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 01jili.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 01jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 01jili's reasonable control.

01jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 01jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 01jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Section 11

Termination

01jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another recognized authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 01jili.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

01jili operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Section 13

Amendments

01jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.
